Description

Leucogabbronorite belonging to the late anorthositic intrusions mapped in Taché TownsAhip. Both quarries, which have been in operation since the beginning of 1980, are located southeast of Saint-Nazaire, in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean Region. Uses for the stone include producing cut-to-size panels, slabs, tiles, and monuments.
