Description
Porphyritic quartz mangerite. The quarry, which
has been in operation since the middle of 1990, is located west
of Saint-François-de-Sales, in the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
Region. Uses for the stone include producing cut-to-size panels,
slabs, tiles, and curbstones.
