Porphyritic farsundite belonging to the Bleuets
secs Granite. The quarry, which has been in operation since the
beginning of 1990, is located north of Saint-Ludger-de-Milot, in
the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean Region. Uses for the stone include
producing cut-to-size panels, slabs, and tiles.
