Whitish grey quartz arenite belonging to the Cairnside Formation (Potsdam Group). The quarry, which has been in operation since 2008, is located in Mirabel, in the Laurentides Region. The stone's uses include producing dressed stone, flagstones, and rough or cut rubble for the residential construction market.
